Sunny Guest/Double-bedroom (sublet)Popular
Sunny 1Double-Bedroom - zone 2 New Cross
My flat, which I call ‘Rainbow flat’ for its colours and natural light, is right in the heart of up and coming, arty New Cross and Deptford - south-east London (zone 2).
Located on the top floor of a small building and facing south-east, my flat benefits of communal garden, balcony/terrace, washing machine, dishwasher, bike shed and free car parking.
From my balcony, there’s also a view on Canary Wharf skyscrapers/skyline.
Smoking is allowed only in the balcony.
The double-bedroom / guest room benefits of a lot of natural light. The building and my flat are very quiet. My neighbours are all friendly and helpful.
I’m subletting my bedroom throughout the month of April to start with. In terms of bedroom storage, you have: one side of the wardrobe + drawer, 1 drawer beneath the bed, white ladder to hang clothes/bags.
For further description about what makes my flat unique, please read ‘The neighbourhood’ info.
There’s the possibility of booking a cleaner (10/20ph) for cleaning rota purposes. This cost will be added to the rent.
